The reality of using technology in teaching mathematics at the preparatory and secondary levels in the schools of Al-Qurda Al-Shati Municipality from the teachers' Point of View

The study aimed to evaluate the reality of using technology in teaching mathematics at the preparatory and secondary levels in the schools of AL-Qurda Al-Shati Municipality from the teachers' point of view، The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The study population consisted of (77) mathematics teachers in the Municipality's schools for the academic year 2023/2024. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a random sample of (37) teachers. The study reached several finding، the most important of which are :Teachers possess most of the technological skills necessary for teaching mathematics and use them، with an average of (3.70 out of 5).
The study also revealed a set of obstacles and challenges faced by teachers in using technology to teach mathematics، with an average of (3.21 out of 5).The most prominent obstacles include the lack of training courses، the unavailability of technological devices، and internet in schools.
The study recommended continuous training for teachers to keep up with teachnological advancements in teaching mathematics.
