This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between administrative skills and job performance among managers in the Al-Khums Education Supervision Office. This was achieved by testing the main hypothesis, which stated that there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative skills and job performance.
The study adopted administrative skills as the independent variable, encompassing three dimensions: intellectual skills, interpersonal skills, and technical skills. Job performance was the dependent variable. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was employed, as it was best suited to the nature of the research. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting primary data from the study population, which consisted of managers in the office under study. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), given its suitability to the nature of the data and the purposes of the analysis. The study yielded several important findings, most notably: Managers in the Al-Khums Education Supervision Office possess a high level of administrative skills, Managers demonstrate a good level of job performance, A strong statistically significant relationship exists between administrative skills, in their various dimensions, and the level of job performance.Introductory.
