Abstract

On this basis, the study aimed to know the reality of the outcomes of the College of Education at Obari University and their alignment with the needs of the labor market from the point of view of the faculty members, and to know the extent to which the curricula are compatible with developments in the field. Education from the point of view of faculty members at the College of Education at Obari University, And also to reveal the effectiveness of training and qualification programs to develop students’ skills at the College of Education at Obari University from the point of view of faculty members. Finally, highlighting the obstacles facing the College of Education, Obari University, in achieving harmonization from the point of view of faculty members. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach through the questionnaire tool, and the study was applied to a sample consisting of (71) faculty members at the College of Education at Obari University.
