The current research paper aimed to assess the level of satisfaction among teachers in certain educational institutions in Algeria, specifically in the provinces of Ouargla and Mila as a case study. The sample consisted of 77 teachers across various educational levels (primary, middle, and secondary). A descriptive approach was used, and after data collection, the statistical program SPSS was employed for analysis to derive results. The findings indicated that the level of psychological satisfaction was moderate based on the responses of the study participants. Furthermore, it was revealed that there were no significant differences in the level of psychological satisfaction among teachers based on gender or province from their perspective. Consequently, several recommendations were proposed, including the need to pay attention to the psychological aspects of teachers, providing guidance and psychological services to assist them in solving problems, and creating numerous opportunities for teachers to stay updated and communicate with experts in the field. Additionally, it is essential to foster a safe and problem-free organizational environment and to increase both material and moral support, which would positively impact their job performance.
