The problems facing teachers of basic education schools in the municipality of Brak Al-Shati

Abstract

The study presented the problems facing teachers of basic education schools in the municipality of Brak Al-Shati for the year 2022, the study aimed to diagnose the current situation of the teacher and highlight the problems he faces in performing his mission and the obstacles that hinder his career growth while highlighting the role of the educational administration in preparing and qualifying teachers, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the size of the study sample reached 75 questionnaires consisting of 14 questions, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: 65% of male and female teachers have not received any training courses in their specialties since graduation, 78% of teachers have not received any courses in raising efficiency, 71% of the respondents did not receive any training courses in educational subjects such as teaching methods, teaching aids and professional ethics, 86% of respondents have a monthly income that is not sufficient for their necessary living requirements
