Abstract

Aimed to identify the effectiveness of practical educational training in improving the performance of student teachers at faculties of education، and to clarify its importance in educational practice during service. This study was based on the main research question: To what extent is the practical educational training curriculum effective in improving the future performance of student teachers? The researcher followed the descriptive approach based on inductive reasoning by linking the research elements to achieve the expected results. The most prominent findings of the study were:

Practical educational training has a great effectiveness in improving the performance of the student teacher as one of the educational qualification programs at the Faculty of Education. This calls for focusing on and caring for practical educational training.
