Abstract

This Research was conducted to study the impact of mindfulness on knowledge sharing, applying it to students in the College of Economics and Accounting. The main objective of the research was to identify students' mindfulness and the extent of its contribution to knowledge sharing. The Research was based on a basic hypothesis: that mindfulness has a fundamental impact on students' knowledge sharing. This hypothesis was divided into several sub-hypotheses according to the three dimensions of mindfulness (flexibility, observation, and acting consciously) and the dimensions of knowledge sharing (explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge), which were of interest to the research. The research sample consisted of (384) college students from various departments. A questionnaire was administered to measure the impact of mindfulness on knowledge sharing. The researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which was the existence of a statistically significant, fundamental relationship between flexibility and knowledge sharing, a statistically significant, fundamental relationship between observation and knowledge sharing, and a statistically significant, fundamental relationship between acting consciously and knowledge sharing.
