Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of using instructional aids، particularly educational presentations، in enhancing the academic achievement of secondary school students in physics. An experimental methodology was employed with a sample of 28 students. A questionnaire was utilized as the measurement instrument، and a pre-test/post-test design was implemented to assess the students' level of understanding. The findings revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test. Prior to the educational presentation، 25% of the students demonstrated an excellent understanding، whereas this figure rose to 100% following the presentation. Furthermore، the results of the statistical analysis indicated statistically significant differences in the level of achievement before and after the use of educational presentations. The calculated T-value was (3.845)، which is greater than the tabulated T-value (2.473). The significance level (p-value) was (0.01)، which is less than the alpha level (0.05). This suggests that the use of educational presentations increased students' achievement، thereby demonstrating the effectiveness of educational presentations in enhancing academic attainment.
