Way to improve the professional competence of education teachers

The stady aims to improve the eofessional competence of primary school teachers , as the teacher is considered the most important axis of the educational process , and the largest part of falls on him because he is the basic and essential pilar and support of this process , the study included a sample of 140 male and female teachers from the primary school teachers(with the supervision of education in Brak AL-Shati as model ) of which 22 were meles (15.71%) and118 were females (84.88%). The descriptive approach was used . as well as the analytical questionnaire, as tool for this research , the researcher reached rasults indicating that improving the professional competence of teachers produces more effective and faster results than relying on traditional methods , and that teachers of all genders are highly capable of improving their professional competence , the study concluded that improviing the professional competence of teacher , requires self-cognitive development and the development of professional procticues in the educatiomal environment ,and evaluating educational achievement this lesson planning , modifying classroom behavior , and classroom management and extracurricular , and extracurricular ,and evaluating educational achievement this in turn leads us to the fast that the most effective professional for increasing and improving professional competence are enabling the teacher to meet modem professional requirements and develop skills , creating competition among teachers , as well as preparing training courses and workshops to support professional development . especially if equipped with modern technology witch confirms that the teacher is the focal point in achieving educational goals.
