Effectiveness of e-learning in making the educational process work between teacher and learner

Abstract

The Internet has become a vital component of today's societies; It invaded all the facilities of everyday life and was able to provide communication, interaction and partnership until the world became a small village; It abolished all geographical and cultural boundaries. Among these is the need to adopt these modern technologies and electronic media, especially the interconnectedness, in order to make the educational and learning process a success. This virtual environment is equipped with the latest means and local and global networks of e-mail, telecommunications that allow for discussions, lessons and lectures, as well as other interactions that address time and cost. Education in Algeria, along the lines of education in the world's and Arab educational communities, is obliged to achieve modern training projects such as virtual or non-existent education, by exploiting available possibilities and modernizing the education sector. Based on the foregoing, we will address this scientific paper: Introduction to e-education or a young person-The advantages, mechanisms and prospects of distance education -Provide examples and examples of this type of education developed -Obstacles and challenges to this type of education developed -Concluding the research with a number of conclusions and making some recommendations.
