The Role of Educational Graduation Research in Developing the Local Community from the Perspective of Teachers in the Education Sector in the City of Hun

The aim of this study is to examine the role of scientific research for graduation research in the development of the local community from the point of view of teachers in the education sector. To achieve the goal of the study is by using of a deliberate sample (intentional) consisting of (50) teachers from secondary schools in the city of Houn. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the members of the study sample of the importance of the role of graduation research in the development of the local community were high and that on the total number of the three areas under study.
On the other hand, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of the role of scientific research for graduation research in the development of the local community according to the gender variable, and showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of these estimates according to the variable of scientific specialization, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of these estimates according to the variable of years of job experience.
